Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

Sirio Europe is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure compliance with legal and internal quality standards at its production site in Pritzwalk, Germany. You will support supplier qualification, audit processes, documentation management, and continuous improvement of quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance with legal quality requirements, GMP guidelines, and internal standards while helping to develop the QA system.
• Conduct and coordinate supplier evaluations, qualification, and audits.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of supplier, customer, and certification audits.
• Create, maintain, and review quality agreements, work instructions, and other documentation.
• Process complaints and define, implement, and follow up corrective measures.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Purchasing, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure stable quality processes.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training (e.g., pharmaceutical technician, food technologist) or several years of experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in quality assurance, contract manufacturing, or a regulated production environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and food‑safety standards or strong motivation to develop this expertise.
• Careful, structured, solution‑oriented work style with the ability to manage multiple topics.
• Team player with a hands‑on mentality, high sense of responsibility, resilience, and confidence to drive topics forward.
• Good command of German and very good English skills.

Required skills

• Good understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).
• Familiarity with food‑safety standards.
• Experience with supplier audits and quality documentation.
