Quality & Compliance Manager – Hybrid (Soest)

About the role

As a Quality & Compliance Manager you will be a key driver of group‑wide compliance initiatives, working closely with the Quality & Compliance Director and supporting offices across multiple countries. The role combines strategic development of the compliance framework with hands‑on support for local teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a unified Quality & Compliance framework for the entire group.
• Standardise and optimise customs compliance processes across EU locations.
• Enhance the customs and trade risk‑management system, including AEO certification.
• Provide expert support to local Quality & Compliance Consultants in several countries.
• Advise internal stakeholders such as Sales on compliance‑related matters.
• Contribute to digitalisation and automation projects within the compliance environment.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Finance & Taxation, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Specialisation in Customs Law or Compliance is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customs or trade compliance.
• Solid experience with customs clearance processes in one or more EU countries.
• Proven track record designing, implementing and maintaining customs compliance and risk‑management systems (including AEO).
• Fluent German and English.
