Quality Manager – Clean Energy Projects

About the role

The partner company seeks a Quality Manager based in Germany to lead quality assurance across complex industrial and engineering projects in the clean‑energy sector. You will shape and continuously improve quality systems that support the full lifecycle of advanced electrolysis and hydrogen infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality management from design through commissioning and handover for large‑scale projects.
• Develop, implement and refine quality systems, procedures and project‑specific quality programmes.
• Define Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality hold points and ensure compliance during fabrication and construction.
• Oversee non‑conformance management, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑preventive actions.
• Coordinate supplier qualification, audits and performance evaluation together with supply‑chain teams.
• Review and approve technical documentation such as drawings, weld maps and material lists.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and resolve punch‑list items before shipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Welding, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality roles within industrial equipment, fabrication or large‑scale engineering projects.
• 4+ years in a Quality Manager or equivalent leadership position.
• Proven track record delivering quality assurance across multiple concurrent projects, preferably in Europe.
