Quality Manager – DIN EN 9100 / Aerospace & Aviation

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead and develop the quality management system at our Bremerhaven facility, supporting a global leader in electronic components and circuit protection. Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure compliance with DIN EN 9100 standards within the aerospace and aviation environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage the Quality Management (QM) system in line with DIN EN 9100.
• Develop, maintain and document QM processes, aligning them with the quality manual.
• Prepare, execute and support internal and external audits.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and define and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop the quality management team.
• Report on QM system effectiveness and regulatory compliance to senior management.

Required profile

• Technical qualification in electrical, aerospace or aviation engineering, or equivalent vocational background (e.g., electronics, mechatronics, aircraft electronics).
• Certified Quality Management Representative and Internal/External Auditor for DIN EN 9100.
• Strong knowledge of aviation law and regulatory compliance.
• Several years of experience in a quality‑management leadership role.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
