Receptionist & Customer Service in Berlin

About the role

Axel Hotels is seeking a motivated Receptionist to join its Berlin property. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the hotel’s standards and promoting upselling and cross‑selling opportunities across the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Manage shift schedules and oversee daily front‑desk operations.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and handle guest inquiries.
• Process reservations and maintain accurate booking records.
• Work rotating shifts to meet the hotel’s operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a receptionist in a comparable hotel category.
• Advanced proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and manage shift responsibilities.

Required skills

• Experience with the Tesipro or Ulyses Cloud reservation system.
