About the role

Join Marriott Hotel in Cologne as a Receptionist and become a key part of the Guest Experience team. You will welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and ensure every stay is memorable through attentive service and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

Greet and register guests, handling reservations and inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest requests and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and technical teams to fulfill room and facility needs.
Maintain accurate records, complete daily reports, and uphold Marriott standards.
Assist guests with local information and promote hotel amenities.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
No prior work experience required.
Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
