Recreation Assistant (NF-02)

About the role

The Recreation Assistant (NF‑02) supports patrons in a recreational facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. The role involves circulating among users, addressing inquiries, and assisting with equipment usage and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Circulate throughout the facility to monitor service quality and resolve customer complaints.
• Provide information, safety instructions, and demonstrations for equipment, facilities, and machinery.
• Check out equipment to patrons and teach proper usage, including woodworking tools.
• Plan, publicize, and support special events, tournaments, and social activities.
• Offer guidance to other staff members as needed.

Required profile

• Experience working directly with the general public.
• Ability to obtain Direct Deposit and a Social Security Card.
• Willingness to meet background and eligibility requirements, including a possible one‑year probationary period.
• Residency within 100 km of Stuttgart, Germany.

Required skills

• Woodworking experience.
