Recruiter – Western Europe (France & Germany)

About the role

Bodycote is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across Western Europe, with a primary focus on France and Germany. You will act as the bridge between the business and the external talent market, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to support growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple functions across Western Europe.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels and tools.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and influence hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing and hiring talent in France and Germany.
• Strong consultative approach with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Fluency in English, French, and German, both written and spoken.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
