Regional Head, Corporate Real Estate & Business Services

About the role

The Regional Head of Corporate Real Estate & Business Services will lead the department across the assigned region, ensuring strategic and operational excellence in real estate, facilities, and business services. Reporting to the Head of Group Corporate Real Estate & Business Services, this senior leader will support executive decision‑making, compliance and efficiency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage regional workplace and facilities budgets, delivering cost‑effective resource allocation and financial control.
• Prepare annual operating and capital expenditure plans and identify opportunities for cost savings and service quality improvements.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee office infrastructure, space allocation, building projects, relocations and fit‑out initiatives aligned with business growth.
• Ensure optimal utilization of office space, services, infrastructure and technical systems to support employee productivity and well‑being.
• Lead day‑to‑day facilities operations, guaranteeing compliance with health, safety and building regulations.
• Manage vendor contracts and service delivery for fleet, parking, cleaning, security, maintenance, catering and related services.
• Act as trusted advisor to local business leaders, collaborating with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT and Security.
• Drive process standardisation, continuous improvement and risk mitigation across the department.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in corporate real estate, facilities management or related business services.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing large budgets and capital projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and partner with cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead regional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and regulatory compliance in a multi‑site environment.
