Regional HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and empathetic Regional HR Manager to lead Human Resources for the North Region of Germany. This role will shape HR direction, drive technology implementations, and foster high employee engagement across a rapidly expanding portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic HR roadmap for the North Region.
• Develop a 3‑year HR plan covering engagement surveys, productivity, employer branding, talent development, and HR tech rollout.
• Coach and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, supporting their professional growth.
• Establish HR structures for new properties, including role clustering and unionization management.
• Oversee payroll, financial forecasting, budgeting, and participate in P&L and forecast calls.
• Lead replacement of ATS, core HRIS, and Time & Attendance systems.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and turnover‑reduction strategies.
• Optimize staffing models and drive productivity improvements.
• Build strong relationships with GMs, HODs, VP Operations, Finance, and Area HR Managers.
• Travel up to 40% across the region, balancing on‑site support with home‑based work.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading multi‑site HR operations in luxury or high‑performance environments.
• Proven ability to develop and lead HR teams with empathy and decisive decision‑making.
• Strong stakeholder influence skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of German labor law and its practical application.
• Experience with P&L oversight, financial forecasting, and strategic budgeting.
