Regional Sales Manager DACH

About the role

Infinidat, a Lenovo company, is looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager for the DACH market. You will own both tactical and strategic relationships with enterprise customers, partners and ecosystem players, working closely with a technical Sales Systems Engineer to drive adoption of our high‑performance storage platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships within targeted enterprise accounts, from C‑level to data‑center stakeholders.
• Consistently achieve or exceed quota for the assigned territory.
• Drive revenue through market penetration of Infinidat’s enterprise storage infrastructure.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with partners.
• Manage overall customer and partner satisfaction across the region.
• Position the platform competitively against rivals and open new business opportunities.
• Apply MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify and close deals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the storage industry with deep knowledge of the competitive landscape.
• Proven track record of enterprise storage sales, regularly exceeding $5 million quotas.
• At least 10 years of IT sales experience to enterprise clients, preferably in the DACH region.
• Strong ability to move between C‑level discussions and technical data‑center conversations.
