Regional Service Training Coordinator – Construction Machinery

About the role

The Regional Service Training Coordinator will enhance the technical capabilities of service teams across the region, focusing on construction machinery. This role involves organizing training programs, developing localized materials, and supporting certification systems to maintain consistent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize regional service training programs, ensuring effective planning and execution.
• Develop and localize training materials and courseware for general service topics.
• Monitor and track the implementation progress of product‑line service training across the region.
• Collaborate with product teams to organize and implement skill certification programs for local service personnel.
• Liaise with external certification bodies for operational and safety‑related certifications.
• Support continuous improvement of service training systems and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in service training, technical support, or after‑sales service within construction machinery, automotive, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of service operations and field service requirements.
• Fluent in English; additional European language(s) is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
