Registered Nurse (Full-time, Berlin)

About the role

The Registered Nurse will join Oaks Overseas Education Consultancy in Berlin, providing on‑site health support to international students and staff. This full‑time position focuses on delivering primary nursing care, health assessments, and coordinating referrals within an educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments and basic treatments for students and employees.
• Administer medication in accordance with German nursing regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Monitor chronic conditions and respond to urgent or emergent health situations.
• Coordinate referrals to external healthcare providers and follow‑up on care plans.
• Promote health education, preventive care, and wellness programs tailored to a multicultural student body.
• Collaborate with counselors, administrative staff, and external medical professionals to ensure a safe environment.

Required profile

• Current, valid RN license and completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Demonstrated clinical competence in health assessment, triage, and medication administration.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to work in a multicultural setting.
• Calm under pressure, capable of making sound clinical judgments.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
