Remote Document Reviewer

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Document Reviewer to support the training of next‑generation AI systems. In this contract position you will ensure that large volumes of structured and unstructured data are accurate, complete, and privacy‑compliant, directly influencing model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate large sets of documents, both structured and unstructured.
• Identify and flag data quality issues, inconsistencies, and potential PII risks.
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information according to privacy standards.
• Follow established taxonomies, guidelines, and workflow processes for data categorization.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks to verify data integrity and output accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of actions taken for traceability and accountability.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to the client’s team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large‑scale data classification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with handling and protecting Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and taxonomies.
• Experience with QA or validation of large data sets.
• Self‑motivated and able to balance efficiency with precision in a remote environment.
