Remote Part‑time Cyber Security Analyst (up to $2,150 per task)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to work remotely on a part‑time, task‑based contract. You will evaluate AI‑generated cybersecurity outputs, create realistic security scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve our AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and security architecture recommendations.
• Create realistic incident‑response runbooks, threat‑hunting queries, and penetration‑testing reports for AI training.
• Annotate, label, and validate data such as CVE classifications and SIEM alert triage.
• Provide feedback on AI accuracy against frameworks like NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and standards such as STIX/TAXII.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional cybersecurity experience in an enterprise, MSSP, consultancy, or government/defense environment.
• Background in SOC analysis, incident response (DFIR), penetration testing, threat intelligence, or security architecture.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate security operations into structured evaluation tasks.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
