Research Consultant – DACH Market Research

About the role

We are looking for a Research Consultant to join our DACH research consulting team. You will guide B2B clients through the full market‑research cycle, from study design to delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define research objectives, select methodologies and design questionnaires.
• Design studies, determine target groups, sample sizes and set up fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
• Analyse data, create charts and in‑depth reports, and present findings with clear storytelling.
• Collaborate with sales to scope new projects and with product to integrate AI features across research steps.
• Manage multiple projects and contribute to the strategic development of the consulting team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research and B2B consulting.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods, statistics and various research techniques (U&A, tracking, concept testing, MaxDiff, conjoint, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• PowerPoint or Google Slides for report creation.
• Experience using the Appinio research platform.
