Reservation Agent – Front Desk (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Reservation Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Munich – City Centre. This full‑time, on‑site position is ideal for recent graduates or career changers who enjoy interacting with guests and are comfortable using Office 365.

Key responsibilities

• Handle individual, group and airline bookings via phone, email and online channels.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information on room types, rates and packages.
• Enter reservation details accurately into the hotel’s property‑management system.
• Process changes, cancellations and special requests while maintaining a smooth guest experience.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure brand‑standard service.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
• Confident phone etiquette and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to learn hotel reservation and property‑management systems (full training provided).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, on‑site in Munich.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple requests simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
