Retail Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Designer to shape visually appealing and functional retail environments that reflect our brand identity and elevate the customer experience. The role involves developing concepts for Xiaomi POS formats such as pop‑up shops, shop‑in‑shops and display zones.

Key responsibilities

• Design retail spaces that are both aesthetically compelling and operationally effective.
• Generate innovative concepts for various Xiaomi POS formats, including pop‑up stores, shop‑in‑shop installations and dedicated display areas.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all internal and external outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Create visual assets for events and campaigns that clearly communicate key messages.
• Stay informed about Xiaomi brand guidelines, industry trends and competitor retail strategies to continuously improve designs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, communication or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluent in German and English for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while handling several projects at once.
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics and the capacity to translate brand identity into retail concepts.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a hands‑on attitude in a fast‑paced retail environment.
