Retail Store Manager – Sales & Operations (On‑Site, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead high‑performing teams across multiple locations in Germany. The role is on‑site and requires a hands‑on leader who can ensure excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual objectives.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, standards, and brand image.
• Handle cash, POS systems, reporting, and basic administration.
• Track KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and retail procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer‑service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work on‑site, including weekends or peak periods.
