Retail Store Manager – Sales & Operations (On‑Site, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and lead high‑performing teams across multiple locations in Germany. The role is on‑site and ideal for candidates with a strong background in retail management and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth performance and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, standards, and brand image.
• Handle cash, POS systems, reporting, and basic administrative tasks.
• Track KPIs, analyse results, and implement improvements.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and retail procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer service standards.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
