Retail Store Manager – Sales & Operations (On‑Site, Germany)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and lead high‑performing sales teams across multiple locations in Germany. The role is on‑site and requires strong leadership, customer focus, and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth performance and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness, standards, and brand image.
• Handle cash, POS systems, reporting, and basic administrative tasks.
• Track KPIs, analyse performance data and implement improvement actions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling and ensure compliance with health & safety policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of retail KPIs, sales targets and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent German; English is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work on‑site, including weekends or peak periods.
