Retail Store Supervisor – Sales & Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations across multiple locations in Germany. You will manage a sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and drive commercial performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain smooth shop performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales growth and meet monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and brand image.
• Handle cash, POS systems, reporting, and basic administration.
• Track KPIs and implement actions to improve performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and retail procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer‑service standards.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent German preferred; English is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site, including weekends or peak periods.
