Retail Training & Operations Specialist

About the role

UGREEN is looking for a Retail Training & Operations Specialist to design, deliver and manage training programs for its retail partners across Europe. You will work closely with sales, marketing and distribution teams to ensure stores are equipped with the right knowledge and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product training materials, presentations and training videos for retail partners and internal teams.
• Deliver product training sessions in English across Europe, both online and offline.
• Support new product launches by creating engaging training content and sales tools.
• Coordinate with POSM and display suppliers to ensure timely delivery of retail materials.
• Assist with in‑store merchandising, display setup and retail execution standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and distributors to improve retail readiness and store execution.
• Support retail projects and other operational activities throughout the European region.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Retail Training, Retail Operations or related roles.
• Experience in consumer electronics, mobile accessories, smartphones or the retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across Europe (30–50% of the time).

Required skills

• Strong PowerPoint skills for creating training presentations.
• Experience creating training videos or other multimedia content.
