About the role

Join the Max Mara Munich store as a Retail Training Specialist In-Store. You will be responsible for developing the sales team’s product knowledge and service style, ensuring they meet commercial targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Create and continuously update training manuals for in‑store processes and applications.
Promote and integrate digital technologies into training and process management.
Identify, develop and train Key Users across the group to enable them to coach end users.
Organise and deliver targeted training sessions for store and head‑office roles.
Support the customer with analyses to verify alignment of policies and procedures between store and headquarters.

Required profile

Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
Strong expertise in retail sales.
Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication abilities.
Fluent in English and German.
