Robotics Architect (Integration & RoboOps Team)

About the role

You will define and lead the architecture of complex robotics systems across mobile robots, robotic arms, drones, and autonomous platforms. Working within SoftServe’s Robotics Group, you will bridge system architecture, engineering delivery, and client collaboration to create scalable, production‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own technical architecture for multi‑domain robotics solutions.
• Design reusable integration frameworks linking robotics to cloud and enterprise ecosystems.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery from prototypes and PoCs to production systems.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Evaluate, select, and evolve technologies within the robotics stack.
• Drive research on emerging robotics trends and translate insights into architecture.
• Oversee simulation and validation using Isaac Sim, Gazebo, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with AI, cloud, embedded, and product teams to align solutions with business goals.
• Engage clients through workshops, technical discussions, and pre‑sales presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in robotics system architecture and end‑to‑end solution design.
• Strong analytical, systems‑thinking mindset with solid mathematical foundations.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Leadership experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical direction.
• Advanced English proficiency for daily communication and documentation.
