Roform Instructor – Group Pilates‑Inspired Classes

About the role

Rostudios is seeking energetic instructors to lead Roform, an immersive, Pilates‑inspired group class that blends mobility, strength and flexibility on custom reformer machines. You will guide participants through a 50‑minute workout that challenges both body and mind.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 6‑9 Roform classes per week, typically in two‑to‑four class blocks.
• Create a motivating environment that encourages participants to push their physical and mental limits.
• Follow the structured Roform Training Programme, completing online modules and in‑person practice.
• Adapt instruction to individual needs while maintaining the flow of the group class.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism during scheduled morning and afternoon sessions.

Required profile

• Successful completion of the Roform Training Programme (or willingness to complete it).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology; Pilates experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Resident of the city where the studio operates and able to commit to at least four months of consistent availability.

Required skills

• Understanding of Pilates principles and reformer equipment.
• Ability to teach group fitness classes safely and effectively.
