Sales Agent – Spare Parts & Trading Operations

About the role

As a Sales Agent for Spare Parts & Trading Commercial Operations you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking quotations and support. You will work closely with key account managers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate offers and maintain strong relationships with car builders and national operators.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑time customer quotations for spare parts and trading.
• Act as the primary contact for quotation‑related inquiries.
• Prepare quotes and price lists using Wabtec tools, CPQ, Siscat and related systems.
• Support Key Account Managers in creating offers, arranging meetings and customer visits.
• Manage price lists and draft frame agreements.
• Coordinate customer meetings related to commercial operations.
• Handle data management, documentation and support financial operations.
• Analyze customer data using Wabtec tools.
• Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, methods and other support functions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in commercial operations, quotation management or similar (Bachelor’s in Business Administration is a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in a commercial or quotation‑focused role.
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• Fluent English; German or Swedish is an advantage.
• Independent, reliable and analytical with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication, high customer focus and service orientation.
• Team player with good organisational skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the EU (no visa sponsorship).
