About the role

Join the Max Mara Munich Store as a Sales Assistant, where you will represent the brand’s DNA and methodology to clients, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers, ensuring an excellent in‑store experience at all times.
Demonstrate thorough brand and product knowledge through the provided training program and stay updated on the luxury market and competitors.
Deliver the brand’s selling ceremony proactively, maximizing sales opportunities to meet store targets and KPIs.
Execute visual merchandising operations within the shop.
Build client confidence by creating engaging, interactive experiences.
Acquire new clients, achieve conversion goals, and continue servicing existing customers.

Required profile

Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
Fluency in both English and German.
