Sales Director, DACH

About the role

Sierra is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead its DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) enterprise sales efforts, driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads throughout the DACH market, building new relationships with enterprise customers.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Lead negotiations and close complex deal cycles, coordinating with legal and finance teams.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, crafting tailored presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, technical and operations teams to deliver industry‑leading AI solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, managing $1M+ quotas and closing large accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with capability to analyze market trends and make data‑driven decisions.
• Proven track record of prospecting and lead generation through research, networking and cold calling.
