Sales Director - Distributors EMEA

About the role

Sea to Summit is seeking a Sales Director for Distributors across the EMEA region. You will lead growth initiatives with our distributor network, aligning sales strategies with commercial objectives and collaborating closely with Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute annual sales strategies for global distributor markets, owning revenue and margin targets.
• Develop strong distributor partnerships, overseeing contracts, compliance and commercial terms.
• Provide sales forecasting inputs to support accurate demand planning.
• Lead and support a high‑performing distributor sales function across multiple regions.
• Identify new market, channel and geographic expansion opportunities.
• Conduct distributor business reviews to track performance and align on goals.
• Champion digital B2B tools to improve sales process efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate promotional or clearance activities as needed.
• Deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Business or related field (desirable).
• Minimum 8 years in a commercial leadership role, preferably in outdoor or sporting goods.
• Proven experience managing distributors across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of sales and margin growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across diverse cultures and internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the outdoor or sporting goods industry and distributor route‑to‑market dynamics.
