Sales Enablement Instructional Designer

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Sales Enablement Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences for its global Business Sales team. You will translate complex product and sales information into clear, actionable training that helps sales professionals acquire new customers and deliver value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop e‑learning modules, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended learning solutions for the Business Sales team.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales leadership, and subject‑matter experts to identify learning needs and convert technical content into effective instructional materials.
• Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM to produce learner‑centric content that drives knowledge retention.
• Use authoring tools to create high‑quality, visually appealing, and interactive training assets.
• Develop assessments and evaluation strategies to measure training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Manage the full lifecycle of training content from conception through revision and retirement.
• Stay current with best practices in instructional design, learning technology, and sales enablement, including AI‑driven solutions.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of learning platforms and resources for the sales organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer in a fast‑paced B2B or technology environment.
• Proven ability to design a variety of instructional materials, including e‑learning courses, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and sales teams to translate complex concepts into clear training.
