Sales Engineer – AI Solutions

About the role

Lio is building an AI workforce for procurement and needs a Sales Engineer to turn complex customer requirements into working AI solutions. You will act as the technical bridge between sales and enterprise customers, demonstrating how Lio’s platform can be applied in real‑world environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and custom solutions that showcase the value of Lio’s AI platform.
• Configure and adapt the platform to fit customer workflows and existing enterprise systems.
• Lead technical deep‑dives, live demos, and workshops with procurement, IT, and architecture teams.
• Partner with Sales throughout the enterprise sales cycle as the technical expert.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate recurring customer needs into scalable product features.
• Travel to customer sites 1–2 times per week for workshops and technical sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience building software solutions, comfortable with APIs, integrations and cloud environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, able to translate technical requirements into functional prototypes.
• Ownership‑driven, quick to build pragmatic solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Confident communicator, able to present technical concepts to engineers, IT teams and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative attitude, enjoys working across Sales, Product, Engineering and customers.
• Curiosity about AI and enthusiasm for bringing cutting‑edge technology into enterprise settings.
