Sales Intern / Working Student – Sales Development & Business Development

About the role

Logistica is building an AI operating system for logistics teams and is looking for a motivated Sales Intern or Working Student to help shape its sales engine. You will work closely with the sales and product teams, engaging high‑potential prospects and contributing to the go‑to‑market strategy from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Own the outbound pipeline: identify target accounts, conduct proactive outreach via phone, email and other channels.
• Develop a deep understanding of Logistica’s AI product, market, and customers to communicate the value proposition effectively.
• Create, refine and optimise call scripts, outreach sequences and sales collateral based on real‑world interactions.
• Share insights from customer conversations to influence product roadmap and sales strategy.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to continuously improve the sales process.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Confident phone presence, able to build trust and engage decision‑makers.
• Resilient, reliable and comfortable handling objections and rejection.
• Initial experience in sales, business development or another customer‑facing role.
• Tech‑savvy, curious about AI; logistics experience is a plus.
• Independent, ownership‑driven and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
