Sales Manager – Customer Acquisition (English required)

About the role

As a Sales Manager focused on customer acquisition, you will drive the growth of Europages in the Great Britain market. Working from our Hamburg office in a hybrid setup, you will turn pre‑qualified leads into long‑term B2B customers through high‑volume phone outreach and digital presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Contact pre‑selected companies provided by the lead‑generation team and conduct persuasive sales calls.
• Identify customer needs and match them with solutions from the Visable portfolio.
• Manage a high call volume with a clear, structured approach.
• Deliver initial digital conversations and presentations that build profitable relationships.
• Utilise CRM and AI‑supported coaching tools to optimise each interaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, field sales, or B2B inside sales.
• Strong ability to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Motivation to achieve targets in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Comfort with AI‑driven sales coaching tools.
