Sales Manager – DACH Market (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Constance Hospitality Management is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the DACH market for its portfolio of 11 luxury hotels and resorts. Based in Eschborn, Germany, the role can be hybrid or fully remote, with regular travel to partner locations and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Visit travel agents, tour operators and other partners to deliver product training and generate new business.
• Represent Constance Hotels & Resorts and C Resorts at trade fairs, roadshows, workshops and industry events.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the 11 properties to handle enquiries, contracts, allocations and special offers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with tour operators, airlines, tourist boards, media and other key partners.
• Identify market opportunities, set targets, launch cooperative marketing initiatives and monitor performance.
• Organise and host familiarisation trips, client events, corporate hospitality activities and hotel launches.
• Analyse monthly room and revenue reports, booking trends and cost of sales, and prepare regular activity reports.
• Manage monthly expenses in line with budgets and contribute to trade communications such as webinars and newsletters.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, tourism or travel sales, preferably in luxury or destination sales.
• Proven track record in account development, relationship building and delivering commercial results.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH travel market and its key players.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills.
• Highly organised, autonomous and able to work collaboratively across locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the DACH region.
