Sales Representative – German & Spanish Speaking

About the role

Join Liberis as a Sales Representative based in Munich, supporting customers across the DACH region and Spain. You will act as the bridge between merchants and internal product and partnership teams, helping to embed Liberis’ financial solutions into everyday business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑contact consultation for inbound and outbound leads, delivering a positive experience.
• Collaborate with external partners to maximise conversion rates on shared leads.
• Maintain and grow a personal customer base through tailored consulting and ongoing support.
• Work closely with product and partnership teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings for Central and Eastern Europe.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of sales processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and Spanish, with intermediate English proficiency.
• Passion for phone‑based B2B sales and a strong desire to meet targets.
• Self‑motivated, able to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Open to change, willing to share ideas and adapt quickly.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably with financial products, and familiarity with CRM systems.
