About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join a leading German company. The role is based onsite across multiple locations in Germany and focuses on driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong track record in sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Strong relationship‑management skills and openness to feedback.
Required skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
