Sales Representative – Germany (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join a leading German company. The role is based onsite across multiple locations in Germany and focuses on driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Present, promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Strong relationship‑management abilities and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
