Sales Representative – Germany (Onsite)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our client’s growing team in Germany. The role is based onsite across multiple locations and focuses on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Present, promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor pitches to diverse audiences.
• Excellent relationship‑management abilities and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
