Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join a leading German company. The role is based onsite across multiple locations in Germany and focuses on driving new business and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Present, promote and sell products or services to both existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong track record of meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Ability to receive and act on feedback and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
