Sales Stylist (m/w/d) – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Stylist to join our Levi’s® store in Karlsruhe. In this full‑time position you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including cash register handling, fitting‑room management and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a desire for continuous learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
