About the role

Join Levi's® as a Sales Stylist in our Berlin flagship store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style while delivering a memorable in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and provide personalized service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Handle store operations such as cash registers, fitting rooms, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and develop.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
