Sales Stylist / Retail Sales Associate (Part‑time, Minijob)

About the role

Join Levi's® as a Sales Stylist in our Stuttgart store, working part‑time on a minijob basis. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover the perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with shoppers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
• Support daily store operations, including cash register handling, fitting‑room assistance, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
