About the role
Join LS&Co., the iconic global leader in denim, as a Sales Stylist in our Munich store. In this part‑time position (30 hours per week) you will help customers discover their personal style, provide expert product advice, and create a welcoming shopping environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build genuine, one‑to‑one connections with shoppers and deliver exceptional service.
- Share product knowledge and styling tips that inspire confidence.
- Handle store operations such as tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store inviting.
Required profile
- A passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
