About the role
Join Levi’s® as a Sales Stylist in Heidelberg, working part‑time (20 hours per week) to help customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a friendly, knowledgeable in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create genuine connections with customers and provide personalized 1:1 service.
- Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
- Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.
Required profile
- Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
- Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
