Sales Support Associate

About the role

The Sales Support Associate is a key member of the store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth operations at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. This role combines direct client interaction with behind‑the‑scenes tasks that keep product flow efficient and the store environment inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly, anticipate their needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as a brand ambassador, supporting local market engagement and social media presence.
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in line with policy.
• Promote add‑on products, gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers, report discrepancies and maintain a clean stockroom.
• Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Assist with sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests and collaborate with team members or management.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and adhere to loss‑prevention guidelines.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service capabilities.
• Fluent English proficiency and ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS and cash register systems.
• Basic computer skills, including use of iPad, laptop, Mobile POS and internet browsing.
• Ability to operate a walkie‑talkie and read price/product release sheets.
