SAP AMS Program Manager – Germany

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager – AMS to lead end‑to‑end application support and service delivery for enterprise clients across Germany. The role focuses on managing large‑scale SAP AMS programs, ensuring service level agreements are met and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee SAP AMS programs for SAP S/4HANA and ECC landscapes.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, OLAs and contractual obligations.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional and global delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and translate them into service solutions.
• Manage contracts, service metrics and reporting for DAX‑30 and Fortune 1000 clients.

Required profile

• Proven service delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S/4HANA and/or ECC).
• Strong people‑management and leadership background.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP functional or technical aspects.
• Familiarity with SLA/OLA management in insourced or outsourced environments.
• Awareness of industry trends and SAP service portfolio.
