SAP BTP ABAP Cloud Developer

About the role

Intetics Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP BTP ABAP Cloud Developer to join a modern SAP cloud transformation project. You will work on building and enhancing backend business applications on SAP Business Technology Platform using ABAP Cloud and the RAP model.

Key responsibilities

• Develop scalable services, RAP‑based business objects, and CDS data models.
• Create and maintain OData V2/V4 service definitions and bindings.
• Implement background job automation, application logging, and structured error handling.
• Handle communication scenarios, service consumption models, and secure integration with SAP and third‑party systems.
• Document technical decisions, ensure maintainability, reliability, and supportability of code.
• Participate in the DEV‑QAS‑PROD transport and software component lifecycle.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP BTP ABAP Cloud development and the RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP).
• Ability to work independently, write clean, maintainable code, and follow SAP BTP development constraints.
• Familiarity with the full delivery lifecycle from development to production.
