SAP BTP Architect (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Architect to design, govern, and optimise enterprise solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform. The role is remote‑based in Germany and will focus on building scalable, secure, and integrated architectures that support HR and broader business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end SAP BTP architecture for enterprise applications and integration scenarios.
• Lead integration design between SuccessFactors and SAP systems using secure, reliable, and scalable patterns.
• Define middleware strategies and support implementation with MuleSoft and related integration technologies.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to translate requirements into architectural solutions.
• Establish architecture standards for security, performance, extensibility, and governance across BTP services.
• Support solution design for SAP HR‑related use cases and digital transformation initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance on automation and AI‑enabled solutions, including Copilot Studio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in SAP solution architecture, cloud integration, or enterprise platform design.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work across cross‑functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
