SAP Master Data Governance Consultant (Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant to advise clients on implementing and evolving SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions. The role involves analysing master data processes, designing strategies to improve data quality and governance, and integrating MDG into existing SAP landscapes.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on SAP MDG implementation and further development.
• Analyse existing master data processes and design sustainable improvement strategies.
• Integrate SAP MDG into SAP and ERP system landscapes ensuring seamless interoperability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional concepts and solution designs.
• Configure and customise SAP MDG to meet client‑specific business and technical needs.
• Conduct workshops, train stakeholders and support change‑management initiatives for successful adoption.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients and external partners to deliver innovative data‑management solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an SAP MDG consultant, preferably with knowledge of other SAP modules, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Strong understanding of SAP ERP, S/4HANA, master data processes and data quality management.
• Experience across all project phases, especially in agile projects using Scrum/SAFe.
• Fluent German and English communication skills.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong customer orientation.
